New Information

In this section you will find new information relating to Industrial Safety and the activities of Chair.

• New Instruction 9/2007 SIE of Criteria for the Elaboration of the report or decision binding the provisions envisaged in articles 7 and 10 of decree 174/2001 for the application for environmental authorization for establishments afected by the current legislation on serious new accidents or substantial changes in the existing criteria.
• New Instruction 8/2007 SIE on Urban Growth around establishemnts afected by the current legislation on existing serious accidents.
• Presentation of SISC -28 June 2007. The CSN implements the Integrated System of Supervision for Nuclear Power Stations (SISC), based on the functional indicators of the power stations and on the results of the CSN inspections. The SISC increases safety by focusing attention on the areas of highest risk and makes it easier to adopt corrective measures. The CSN web has a new icon which provides direct access to the quarterly results and provides information on the system.
• Royal Decree 393/2007 regarding the Basic Self-Protection Rules.
• Ruling CE 1907/2006, more commonly known as REACH.
