EsportsURV aims to promote physical activity and sport at the university in areas as diverse as tennis, padel, indoor football, pitch and putt, judo, basketball and skiing among others. EsportsURV also works so that the university community can take part in competitions such as university leagues for indoor football and seven-a-side football and the University Championships.

This year we are again offering beginners’ courses worth two free choice credits in golf, equestrianism, diving, tai-chi, archery, sailing, capoeira and yoga. These courses have both theoretical and practical parts. The classes are led by professionals in the sport and the courses have a total length of 20 hours.

At the same time, the URV has signed agreements with gymnasiums, club, sporting entities and shops among others, who will provide offers and discounts on their services.

Who can be a member of EsportsURV?

All the members of the university community:

• URV students and students on mobility programmes.
• Teaching staff, administrative staff and their immediate relatives.

How can I become a member of EsportURV?

To become a member you have two options:

1. Register during self-matriculation (automatrícula): in the economic details section, where it says: "AGREGAR SERVEIS", select "INCORPORAR SERVEI D'ESPORTS". Once registered, come to our office to collect your membership card.
2. Register at any point during the course at the EsportsURV office (payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer).

The annual membership fee is 18 €.
