In order to enroll at the URV the students must fullfill the requirements of both European Union and Spanish University regulations.

Hence, after fullfilling all the legal issues the students have to enroll to the required level.

Master degree:

For the admission to a Master's programe students should follow the following steps:

Pre-registering

First you must pre-register online on the available open dates. Normaly the first period is between 1st of march and 30th of april. Once pre-registered you will be provisionaly accepted and you will have to send your documents until the deadline.

Admission to your Department

You will have to submit the documents that are specified in your master's programe to the respective departament (Usualy these include the Undergraduate diploma and the Undergraduate transcripts and at least 180 credits are needed).

Enrollment

You need to send the following documents to the Faculty Secretary:

• Application form
• Undergraduate diploma
• Undergraduate transcript (credits* or hours)
• Letter of motivation
• Curiculum Vitae * The total number of credits for bachelor shoud not be less than 180 ECTS.

Required Documentation

All the documents that are going to be sent at the Faculty Secretary should be authenticated copies and not originals. For all non-communitary students the documents have to be legalized. Excepting the documents that are in english, french, italian or portuguese, all documents have to be translated into spanish.

Doctorate:

For admission and enrollment procedures please follow these steps:

Admission

You will need to contact your PhD coordinator and apply for academic admission. Once admitted to a PhD program, and before the enrollment at the URV, you will have to do your title recognition.

Title recognition

You need to send the following documents to the Graduate School:

• Application form
• Undergraduate diploma
• Undergraduate transcript (credits* or hours)
• Master's diploma
• Master's transcript (credits* or hours)
• Letter from your previous University stating that you have access to a doctoral program after having your master's degree * The total number of credits for both bachelor and master's degree shoud not be less than 300.

Enrollment

The enrollment is done throughout the academic year, in the first 15 days of each month. For enrollment you will have to present yourself at the URV Gestión Académica Service.
