The aim of this master's degree in interuniversity research is to train high-quality specialists and researchers in the nursing sciences and produce researchers and research that make it possible to extend knowledge of the social, cultural, political and psychological dimensions of the integral phenomenon of caring in the process of health and illness in the individual, the family and the community, and in the different areas of the health system.
The Master's Degree courses are open to anybody with an official university qualification, even Spanish or foreign (this foreign degree must enable you to be admitted to postgraduate studies in the country where you obtained it).
In addition, universities in charge of the organization of a Master can establish those procedures and requirements considered necessary to be finally admitted to the Master. Therefore, as well as having a previous official degree, you should get informed about additional conditions and selection criteria which may have been addittionally established by each Master.

Common subjects (80 ECTS)
These subjects must be studied at one of the participating universities and they are organized in four blocks:
Block 1: Advanced Nursing (38.5 ECTS credits)
- Theories and Models (10 ECTS credits)
- Bioethics I (2.5 ECTS credits)
- Cures and New Health Demands (15 ECTS credits)
- Society and Health (5 ECTS credits)
- Psychology of Health (6 ECTS credits)
Block 2: Management (11 ECTS credits)
- Health Economy (5 ECTS credits)
- Management of health and Social Services (6 ECTS credits)
Block 3: Research (22 ECTS credits)
- Research Methodology I (10 ECTS credits)
- Research Methodology II (10 ECTS credits)
- Bioethics II (2 ECTS credits)
Block 4: Teaching (8.5 ECTS credits)
- Educational Methodology (8.5 ECTS credits)
Optional subjects (15 ECTS credits)
These subjects are of 2.5 credits and can be done at one or more of the participating universities.

Official Master's degrees offer specific Modes which will be effectively initiated -or not- depending on the number of students finally admitted.
The preregistration period (1st phase) will begin on 1st March and end on 30th April.
If all the places available are not taken within this period, a new preregistration period will be opened (2nd phase) between 1st and 30th June.
The preregistration must be carried out on the Internet. The online form will become operative on the first day of the preregistration period. preregistration application.
