The Legal Office proposes URV rules, regulations, agreements, etc. and/or informs on their legal appropriateness. Likewise, it issues reports on any issue related to the URV’s activity, and advises on procedures of collective negotiation, access to public office, the supply of jobs, administrative contracts, etc. The Office supports the governance team, the Bursar’s Office and other units of the URV in the legal aspects related to their general activities, and it represents the URV, if appropriate, in the pertinent legal proceedings.
