Among the competences of this vicerectorate are all issues related to teaching and research personnel (staff quotas, management, evaluation, training and the working commitment agreement) and internal (faculties, schools and departments) and external (the Department od Education and Universities of the Catalan government) programme contracts. It is also responsible for training and evaluating the teaching.
