The Technical Office consists of two units: Planning and Quality. The former coordinates all the strategic planning projects, particularly those that have to do with organizing and designing academic programmes, and proposes new courses. As far as research is concerned, it is responsible for structuring the research groups.

The Quality Unit, on the other hand, provides technical support so that the policies of improvement proposed by the governance team can be implemented, and it monitors their application. It also controls and evaluates the quality of the courses, services and processes, and makes suggestions for improvement where irregularities are detected.
