Functions:

The main function of the Library and Documentation Service of the URV (SBiD) is to support teaching and research by providing a variety of services that all follow the same operational guidelines.

The SBiD has technical services and seven faculty/school libraries, which also function as self-access centres where students find everything they need for their studies, and teachers can locate all the documents they require for teaching and research.

So the Library is a service for the whole university community. Its regulations stipulate the rights and duties of the users, as well as other issues of an internal nature.
