Functions:

The Human Resources and Organization Service coordinates everything concerning teaching and research staff (PDI) and the administrative and service staff (PAS). It manages such important issues as contracts, salaries, teacher assessment, vacant posts, grants, subsidies or calls for funding, and the training courses for PAS so that the workers can continue to learn throughout their working life and increase their value within the institution.
